Where are you from?
Shana has lived in Ormewood Park, Grant Park, Edgewood, East Atlanta, Midtown. In addition to growing up in Cobb County. This has helped to her to develop a strong intown network, maintaining her solidified reputation. It is easy for her to be inventive when helping with a buyer’s specific needs.
Shana is ultimately driven by being a valuable asset during different phases of her client’s life, such a meeting a new partners, getting a promotion, growing a family, upsizing or downsizing. These experience have led the way for life long relationships and friendships.
Shana grew up in a small thread mill village in Cobb County, this started her love of old houses and community. She remembers taking walks in the woods and finding old barns full of thread not to mention the excitement of exploring the old mill. Neighbors knew their neighbors and supported each other.
Hobbies
When she is not busy in the community, Shana's interests extend beyond real estate, as she finds joy as nature enthusiast with a passion for the great outdoors through backpacking, hiking adventures, gardening, tending her chickens and walking her German Shepherd on the Beltline. Shana's well-rounded pursuits reflect not only her commitment to real estate excellence but also her vibrant and active lifestyle, making her a truly dynamic and engaged member of both the professional and natural communities she values.
