Strengths

In addition to being a Relator, I actively practice interior design which provides confidence in clients in understanding what it takes to bring a home to market, also gives confidence for Buyers that I have done large historic renovations when understanding inspections or things to look for when purchasing a home. Prior to being a realtor , twelve years of managing large groups of people and budgets in corporate world which lends strong for negotiation skills and being able to get to the closing table. I always say Realtors are Project Managers more than Sales Agents.

Atlanta, lived in Southern California in my 20’s but then back home 2002.

PLANTS, vintage cars, yoga, collecting photography & making salad dressing (kidding) cooking

Best experience would be building my first home and then renovating my next purchase of an 1892 Queen Anne Victorian.

Favorite Atlanta Neighborhood

Historic Grant Park, home to several of my dearest friends, 125 - acre park, right next to capitol with gorgeous architecture and walkability and HUGE lots, so loads of green space for intown living.
